Des Bradshaw
Managing Director/Loss Adjustor
Des is a chartered adjuster who started with TopMark in 2010 and was appointed as Managing Director in March 2020.

Des has vast experience of all types of property claims, and handles major losses for TopMark, that being losses in excess of £100,000.

Kieran Bradshaw
Loss Adjuster
Kieran joined TopMark in 2020 and specialises in property claims with a keen interest in specialist investigations having previously worked for Police Scotland for 10 years. Kieran is extremely customer-focused and understands the importance of getting the correct result for both client and customer.

Emma Hutchinson
Loss Adjuster
Emma joined TopMark in 2024 having previously worked at Gallagher Bassett for five years, servicing various local authority accounts. Emma has vast experience of local authority work and first party property claims.

John joined TopMark in 2016 and has over 40 years’ experience having previously owned and operated his own firm for around 10 years. John is a chartered loss adjuster and an expert in all types of property claims, covering the North of England and the Scottish Borders.

Allan Baillie

Allan joined TopMark in 2020 having spent around 5 years at Aviva and 3 years at Pro-Global.
Allan is an experienced liability adjuster and since joining TopMark has gained experience in property claims.

David Owen
Loss Adjuster
David has worked with TopMark as a consultant adjuster for over 10 years. He has 40 years of adjusting experience and covers losses for us in the Midlands, the Northwest, London and the South of England. David is a chartered adjuster and is capable of handing any type and size of property claim.

Rebecca Gillooly
Office Manager/Desktop Handler
Rebbecca joined TopMark and 2022 and is responsible for case management, ensuring diary entries are adhered to and essentially making sure that client SLAs are met.
She is the point of contact when a client cannot reach an adjuster on their mobile, if they are in a meeting for example, and she has access to all files whereby updates can be provided via telephone or email as necessary.
